Selection Criteria:

Our crew selection criteria prioritize:

• Crew competence, qualifications, experience, and adherence to trading regulations
• Ensuring all crew hold valid certificates, including health, flag, and travel documents

Certifications and Language Proficiency:

All seafarers possess internationally recognized diplomas and certificates, meeting safety standards. Proficiency in English is a must with officers and ratings certified for fluent speaking and writing skills. We also offer refresher courses for English.

Wages and Formalities:

We align with Principals’ wage scales to meet company’s needs and handle all joining formalities including visa, ok to board

Career development and Compliance:

We motivate crew for dedicated performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions, monitoring and controlling crew payrolls and allotments.
